Kalafior gotować w osolonej wodzie. Gdy będzie prawie miękki, wyjąć, nieco rozdrobnić, przełożyć na zrumienioną na oleju cebulę i podgrzać. Zalać rozmąconym jajkiem i podgrzewać do ścięcia się jajka. Na talerzu posypać zieleniną, pokropić rozpuszczonym masłem.
